A Reading Aloud Competition was organized on 29th October, 2025, for the students of Classes VI to VIII. It was a unique event designed to assess and enhance the reading capabilities and expressive skills of the students.
The participants competed house-wise, and the reading materials were provided on the spot to test their spontaneity and comprehension skills. For the monologue round, excerpts were taken from famous William Shakespeare plays such as Macbeth, Julius Caesar, Twelfth Night, and Hamlet. The students performed with great enthusiasm and confidence, leaving the audience deeply impressed.
The competition proved to be a wonderful learning experience for all the participants. It not only encouraged fluency and pronunciation but also helped students gain self-confidence and stage presence. The event concluded with applause and appreciation for all the young readers who showcased their talent with zeal and dedication.
