The students of Balvatika 1 to Class VIII enthusiastically celebrated World Health Day on 7th April with a series of informative and engaging activities aimed at promoting healthy living and well-being. The day, observed globally under the guidance of the World Health Organization, highlights the importance of good health practices.

A special highlight of the day was a Health Camp organized by Swati Sharma (Medical Assistant). The camp provided students with basic health check-ups and valuable guidance on maintaining personal hygiene and overall wellness. During the lunch break, students from Classes III to VIII delivered insightful presentations on various health-related topics. The presentations focused on:

  • Balanced Diet – emphasizing the need for proper nutrition
  • Importance of Healthy Food – encouraging mindful eating habits
  • Sugar Reduction – raising awareness about limiting sugar intake
  • Why to Avoid Junk Food – explaining the harmful effects of unhealthy eating

The students showcased confidence and awareness through their presentations, effectively spreading the message of healthy living among their peers.
The celebration was both educational and inspiring, reinforcing the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle from an early age.
