"Breaking Taboos, Building Understanding"
From 14th to 16th July, our school conducted a Workshop on Menstrual Health and Hygiene for students of Classes VI to VIII, led by Ms. Kumud Parmar.
Addressing a sensitive topic with grace and clarity, Ma’am ensured that every student felt safe and comfortable to ask questions and learn.
What made this workshop truly special was the involvement of the boys. They listened attentively, understood the importance of empathy, and promised to stand by their mothers and sisters with respect and support. They also took a pledge to end teasing and misinformation.
The aim was simple yet powerful — to bust myths, remove embarrassment, and create a generation that talks about health with dignity.
It was more than just a workshop. It was a step towards building sensible, caring, and informed citizens.
