A special assembly was organised on 26th July, 2025 in the school premises to commemorate Kargil Vijay Diwas, honouring the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces during the Kargil War of 1999. The programme commenced with an English speech delivered by Kavya Goyal of Class V, who spoke about the significance of Kargil Vijay Diwas and the courage displayed by our soldiers. Following this, Prabnoor Singh of Class IV recited a short and heartfelt poem dedicated to the martyrs, evoking a sense of patriotism among the audience. Furthermore, a Hindi speech was presented by Panna Bansal of Class IV, who beautifully highlighted the heroism of Indian soldiers and urged everyone to remember their sacrifice with pride.

To deepen students’ understanding of the Kargil War, a presentation was exhibited and explained by Ms. Shahin, one of the teachers of the Primary wing. The visuals and information provided valuable insights into the events of the Kargil conflict and the strategic challenges faced by the Indian Army. Moreover, students of Classes IV and V then came together to showcase a patriotic group song, which resonated through the assembly and stirred emotions of national pride among everyone present. The programme concluded with a motivating and inspiring speech by the MD of the school, who urged students to always honour the sacrifices of our soldiers and to cultivate love and respect for Mother India in their hearts. The assembly successfully instilled a sense of patriotism and gratitude among the students.
